✅ Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso)

If you are located in the European Union or Italy, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the courier) receives the goods.

💸 Refunds

If you withdraw from your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional charges for express shipping), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return or proof of shipment.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method unless you request otherwise.

🚚 Returns

Please return the goods no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items. Returned items must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Sealed products not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, once unsealed.

  • Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

This follows Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).

🛡️ Legal Guarantee (Garanzia legale)

All purchases are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Italian law.

If a product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or full refund within 2 years from the delivery date.
