Thank you for shopping with Shop IQNA. All of our products are custom made to order, which means your item is crafted specifically for you after you place your order.

🛠️ Custom Made Orders – Processing Time

  • All items are handcrafted or made-to-order.

  • Production and fulfillment time is 10 to 40 days, depending on the item and order volume.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Italy, across the EU, and worldwide.

Destination Shipping Cost Estimated Delivery Time (after production)
Italy Free Shipping 2–5 business days
EU Countries Calculated at checkout 3–10 business days
International Calculated at checkout 5–15 business days

Note: Shipping times are in addition to the production time (10–40 days).

💶 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free within Italy.

  • For all other countries, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes (outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address input.

❗ Delays & Customs

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, custom production and international shipping may cause delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Remote delivery areas

  • Public holidays or carrier issues
